Hi, thank you for being here, open and curious to learn what we’re about.
HighWater Search was started in early 2020, with a passion to bring an even more personal approach to an already very human-centered industry.
Though I’m continually thinking about and implementing new approaches to make the whole recruitment experience better for both clients and candidates, much of the philosophy and the underlying principles of effective recruitment remain the same: operate with integrity, lean in with curiosity to understand, and find ways to be helpful to others.
Through a lifetime of team oriented sports, I have a deep-rooted belief in the transformative power of a well-functioning and cohesive team. Through our experience recruiting on behalf of some of the best private equity firms in the world, and having spoken to many thousands of individuals about what “right” looks like for them, we understand that everybody is looking for something uniquely fitting to them and their journey.
